Qlab (coordinator) will be the joint representative of the Operational Team members. He has undertaken: the establishment, organization, support of the Operational Group, the control of its operation and the overall management-coordination of the project and the deliverables. He will participate: in the design and coordination of the pilot applications, in deliverables, in the evaluation of the results, he will undertake the conduct of the laboratory analyzes at the field and product level in dissemination actions.

The University of Patras will undertake the determination of the ratio of the stable isotopes of the following elements: 13C/12C, 15N/14N and 34S/32S using the IRMS system. The values ​​of the isotopic ratios will then be expressed in the form of a mathematical differential equation with a reference compound of known isotopic ratio and will be analyzed with the help of chemometric methodologies to determine the ‘isotopic fingerprint’ for the specific product and region, in the collected samples.
